I promised to get some pics up of me and Emily trying SUP yoga during my vacation in Grand Cayman. Here they are! We went out very early in the morning in the hopes of having relatively calm water. There was a torrential downpour, a beautiful double rainbow, and I did a lot of falling into the water. The trip was amazing. We swam with turtles and stingrays, cleaned out blue iguana enclosures at the Blue Iguana Conservation facility, wandered through the botanical garden, had some wonderful meals and most importantly enjoyed the company. I loved spending time with the Hardman family and am so grateful to have such dear friends in my life.
